Delibrate exposure to many foods. I've read articles about food taste and they say that sometimes you have to try something up to 9 times before you like it. So if there's something I don't like I'll try it at least once a year until I do. It works on my kids as well. That's how I got my youngest to love applesauce. lol

I ate allegator several times when I lived in Houston. It's pretty good. I had alligator for the first time last weekend, deep fried. Sadly, the pieces were small and a bit tough. Most of what I was able to taste seemed to come from the coating. If I could try it prepared in a different way, I would. How was it prepared when you ate it, Mickster?
