Nice find. I really enjoyed the last season, so I'm looking forward to another run. It was a surprisingly polished show.
My only concern is that there will be too many Iron Chefs at one time. If they are going to do this again, I really wish they'd expand the ICA set to include podiums for all of the Iron Chefs.

I'm guessing that Cat Cora will be stepping down for at least one year (pregnancy/maternity leave) and, based on the broadcast schedule so far, Batali and Morimoto will be battling only on special occasions.
