(Michiba-san, forget the stuffed zucchini flowers. We still have the banana stuffed banana peppers. You and I are standing together at the panel. I'm going to serve the aperitif now. Bowing to Kaga-san, this is a drink prepared cold, with a blended mixture of red bananas and sparkling French white wine, which is served in large, fluted, hollow-stem wine glasses. There are red raspberries in the bottom of the glass then they are filled with the banana/wine mixture and topped off with sweetened heavy whipped cream and a sprinkle of crispy fried and ground red bananaThis drink will prepare the palet for the upcoming dishes, and enhance your appetite. Please enjoy.)

(Michiba-san, the new stuffed zucchini flowers will be yummy with your next dish.)(And while we wait for the tasting panel to express their delight with such a tasty aperitif, Michiba-san, lets you and I have some of it, too. You stand behind me and drink yours, and I'll turn to face you and pretend like we are discussing something important.)

Michiba-san, don't express any opinions on the taste, we don't want to influence the judges. Where the heck are the judges anyway? Lets get happy!

Michiba:
*Michiba is now seving his red banana sushi*
*I thought that bluefin-tuna, red bananas, rice, and seaweed would go well together, so I made this red banana sushi. It should taste good*

Michiba: *Michiba is now seving his red banana sushi* *I thought that bluefin-tuna, red bananas, rice, and seaweed would go well together, so I made this red banana sushi. It should taste good* additionally, Michiba-san has prepared his beautiful and tasty stuffed zucchini flowers. They are filled with ricotta cheese, a mixture of egg, ground Indian pepper, parmesan and romano cheese, and lots of mashed RED BANANAS. the flowers are then fried on both sides until brown and rolled in crispy fried banana nuts, served with a dollop of sour cream. With this sushi dish Michiba-san has chosen a brisk, light rose wine.
