Ota - Yes, Fukee-san, Challenger Sanji does have an exceptional voice, just one more option for a career is he doesn't make it as a chef, or doesn't join the Army, lol. He is looking at bowls now, apparently deciding which he wants to go with for his shark fin soup. Quite a choice what with all the dinnerware ks has available. The shark fin soup looks great! Of course, I'm still anticipating a taste of the wine.

Fukui: The things that are coming out of Ohta's mouth these days just keep getting weirder and weirder? Must be all the smoke from the Kitchen.

Ota - Squueee-san, I'm here with Doc. Hattori. Looks like his dishes are beginning to come together now. I just have to ask you, Doc. How do you think you're doing so far? Are you still as confident as you were that you will beat Sanji-san? Do you hope the flip is in your favor and you serve your dishes first? We'll have to see what happens.

*Hattori finishes setting the wedges of cheese on their plates and sends them to the oven.*
Hattori: Yes, I am very confident. The ingredient was perfect for such a short battle and working with it has been a pleasure. Thank you Kaga-san. *bows*
*The sound of hot boiling oil is heard as Omae immerses the Pork Balls.
After closing the oven the sous chef can be seen collecting and checking on several dishes as he collects them under Hattori's instruction.*
Hattori: (to sous chef) I want the assorted greens. Only the crispest.
Post--------------- I wasn't aware we had a coin toss? This is ICJ? Endpost-----------

Kateyama: Seem like Hattori-San knows what he's doing. He's very steady through time. He's so confident.

Okay, I got the shark fin soup in the earthenware pot, and I've chosen some simple bowls to serve the soup... *assistant taps me on the sholder*
Assistant: The sushi is ready.
Excellent. Cut them up about 1/2" thick and put them on the plates with the grape syrup sauce. Place them on the plates three at a time. *to assistant 2* How is the wine going?
Assistant 2: The fermentation process is complete, and ready for your tasting. *hands me a glass*
Not bad, and it is only going to get better. I'll serve it. Bottle it and put it on ice.
Assistant 2: Yes sir.

Chai Lam: I see the challegner's sushi is an inside out roll. The grilling should make it so savory while the grapes inside adds sweetness. A great idea, and I think it is going to taste great. The pork balls from Hattori side is perfuming the ks nicely. I hope there are going to be some hot thai chiles in that dish somewhere.

*Hattori flashes a pleased smile to Chai Lam.*
Hattori: Of course!

Post.... I was wondering if there would be a coin toss to see who serves first since Hattori is not an IC, and he did, more or less, challenge Sanji-san? End....

( [glow=red,2,300]That Fukui-san just intimated I have smoke on the brain, lol. He might be right, all the heat in this kitchen just might be having an effect, too [/glow] )

Judy Wong - Oh Fukui-san, don't pick on Ota, he is such a sweetie. I'm really curious about those pork balls that Sous Chef Omae is making. I love fried food and can't wait to taste them. Also, I'm looking forward to Chef Sanji's sushi. What an unusual preparation he has used. And the sauce sounds absolutely yummy!

*Hattori and the sous chef are carefully pouring a clear liquid into several small sake bottles as Omae checks on the grilling chicken.
Hattori looks up to the stand*
Hattori: Time please?

Oh, Ohta's used to me picking on him, Wong-san! He knows I'm only kidding around! We all love the big guy- besides, we couldn't do this without him. ;D

Ota - There is still plenty of time for these two amazing chefs to perfect their dishes. The anticipation from staff that I've asked is that the battle will be really close. It seems to be all about the taste.
