I'd have to go with Sakai-san myself. His dishes always look delicious, and he has a great personality.

My favorite would be Morimoto. He's more modern than the others.

Yes, he was modern, but don't you think he wasn't a great choice for Iron Chef Japanese. He was more of a world cuisine expert than a Japanese cook. In fact, I think Japanese cooking hardly influenced many of his dishes. Don't ge tme wrong, he was a great Iron Chef, but I think the title of "Japanese Chef" doesn't quite capture him.

For the most part, I think all the IC's from ICJ are fantastic but, IC Sakai is my first and foremost favorite. He is not only a great master chef, he also has the most charisma, great looks, beautiful eyes, a wonderful smile, is charming, a wonderful teacher of chefs, has patience, wit, respect, artistic ability, and, that smile, ohmygoodness, that smile.

I agree. Then again, we haven't seen much of Iron Chef America at all thanks to "The Next Food Network Star."

It has been menopolizing the FN channel all day today. Rachael Ray was on, she is getting chubby. I switch back and forth from History channel to FN. The I like to go to CNN and HNN, too. Not a lot going on anywhere today.

On the FN star it's down to Guy or Reggie. I like Guy better. What about you?
