His website is www.ming.com I think he is beginning a new season (4) this week. I have not been able to find his show yet. It was on Sundays on PBS at 2 p.m. in my area so it may be the same. He is such a cutie and his show has good information.

Let me tell you all something before I go update UICS...
Ming was at the Big E (that's a fair for the six New England states) back in September, and I was on hand to see his cooking demonstration. Very nice. When I get the chance to do so, I think I will make reservations for his restaurant in Massachusetts. Maybe have a mother-daughter night with Mom.
Yes, and he also talked about his stint on Iron Chef... Which in my mind was the best part. ('Cause he kept mentioning the stuff about Flay and how he wants to go up against Morimoto if the producers will let him. Apparently they want him to challenge Flay again.)

FN must be trying to make a big star out of Flay....WHATEVER! I know, right? It's come down to the point where Food Network should rename themselves... The Bobby Flay Channel. All Flay, all the time! He's had quite a few shows on Food Network (probably more than anyone else to this day in age).

Morimoto would be a much better challenger for Ming. Oh FN, oh FN....

Or maybe they're just trying for a rematch.
I would rather see Morimoto to though.

Or maybe they're just trying for a rematch. They were. The producers -- when hearing about how Ming wants to return for another battle -- told him that they'd work out a rematch against Flay. I don't think Ming's going to do it unless he gets to choose who he wants to battle against. Personally, I'd rather see an all-out Asian battle. And I know I'm certainly not the only one.

[glow=red,2,300]FOR SURE, MANDY, FOR SURE![/glow]I'd really love to see a battle between Ming and Sakai. But my blood pressure would go sky high. Wouldn't that be awesome though.
