I didn't have a beer today, but I had a glass of wine instead. And I added a wee bit of white rum to my mango smoothie today. It was refreshing!
As for beer? I like Alexander Keith's and Heiniken.

I would call myself a beer snob because I generally stay away from the mass produced beers, prefering microbrews whenever possible. Samuel Adams Light is about the only one of that genre with any real taste, although Heinieken did a decent job with their version. The big breweries use "fillers" like corn and rice in their recipes, and of course they market extremely well. If you live in a town or state with smaller breweries, think about supporting the local or state business next time you're out and thinking about beer. These people do it the right way.

I agree with David-san about micro-brews. I've had the good fortune to live in a couple of towns with local breweries and have enjoyed the unique offerings.
K-Chan: I like Keith's as well - it sure has been a long time...... *sigh*
