What type of food would you specialize in, and where would you want to open a restaurant? I would like to make the best in the world homemade American soups and sandwiches and would like my restaurant to be in San Francisco, with a branch in Tokyo (so I could meet IC Sakai).

I love it all...but my number one cuisine is Chinese, with a Soul-Latin fusion...have my restaurant in Downtown Chicago.

I'm surprised that more famous, celebrity chefs don't have restaurants in Chicago like they do on the east coast or New Orleans. Why New Orleans I wonder, since the weather there is so icky, hot, humid, lots of yucky bugs. But, to each .....
