Well it is on at the same time as Iron Chef is usually so I started watching it.
I am actually really enjoying it this time. It has been interesting to see compared with the first one (I never saw the second).
Is anyone else watching this besides me?

I try not to watch anything on Food Network aside Iron Chef and Iron Chef America. Sort of a protest for a better timeslot, I guess. Although, sometimes I do watch Good Eats- that's my inner scientist enjoying that one.

I just saw the preview for next week. Poor Alton Brown looked like he was going to cry.

Iron Chef is the only reason I watch FN, so I haven't seen the show. We also have another show in the timeslot, so if ICA isn't on, we're watching the other show.

They're down to the final 4 now, right? My prediction is that Rory takes it...

I have to vote for either Jag or Rory for the final two.
By the way, next Sunday is the Iron Chef Challenge for these final four contestants...featuring ICs Bobby Flay and Cat Cora.

They're down to the final 4 now, right? My prediction is that Rory takes it... I have to agree, Rory seems to be the best of them. I am wondering just who sets Kitchen Stadium on fire next Sunday?

It is now down to Jag, Amy, and Rory.
I was pretty disappointed in the Kitchen Stadium challenge. None of the contenders did their best... Well, I'm looking forward to the next episode.

I was going to catch the Kitchen Stadium challenge in reruns if it was any good. How "Iron Chef-esque" was it?

It was a hoot
They set two of them against each other and the other two took Kevin Brauch's job one on each side. Then they switched for the next battle. Also they brought in 4 of the previous contestants to be sous chefs for the battle. They only had to make 3 dishes in the hour and the tasting panel was Cat Cora, Bobby Flay, and two of the show judges.
Think of it as a mini-show.
"plummy"

I might have to catch the rerun then. It sounds fun. Did the action take place in Kitchen Stadium?

Lol. Truthfully, it's a wonder that doesn't happen more often.
