Are they aloud to make more then 5 dishes? or is 5 the maximum? Minimum not maximum. They can make as many as they want. Kitchen Stadium is in the same sound stage as Emril Live is filmed at FTV headquarters. Right by the fresh food market. That's one of the reasons it takes so long to film. They have to keep moving props in and out for the different segments. If they had a larger sound stage maybe that wouldn't be a problem but ICA would have to get alot more popular before they would consider it I'm sure. Assuming that would even be possible.

Where is the stadium located? in New York? Yes, definitely in NYC at Food Network as Arrianna said it's the same set as Emeril Live.
