Our man Morimoto will take on Chef Christophe Eme.
Iron Chef Morimoto is challenged by Chef Eme of Ortolan Restaurant in Los Angeles. Chef Eme has come to Kitchen Stadium with only one sous chef. Can this team of two take on Iron Chef Morimoto and claim their cuisine reigns supreme?
Any opinions: Morimoto gotta win this one for sure!

Point made. I hope one of the chefs will have a simple presentation - my favourite way to have lobster is boiled (in salt water, of course) with no sauces, dips or anything else. I just love the flavour of the lobster meat itself, so I'll be disappointed if the chefs don't let the natural flavour shine through.
