Synopsis:
New York Chef Michael Psilakis challenges Iron Chef Cora to battle in Kitchen Stadium. Can Iron Chef Cora hold her own against this renowned chef, or will Psilakis claim victory?
My prediction: 53-50 in favor of Iron Chef Cora
Now this is early so I'm giving you all two weeks to place your predictions. If they see a promo this coming Sunday of this battle, you may place a spoiler under the Battle/Secret Ingredient Spoiler Section.

I won't place a bet just yet. I'm waiting for the ingredient.

I'd love to see Battle Feta Cheese for this one.

yeah, the Greek Vs. Greek should make this interesting.
It is also interesting that in the Food Network Challenge "Hot Chef" competition airing this week, Psilakis was one of the contestants (he didn't win tho) and Cat Cora was one of the judges. I find it kind of funny, now that they are going to be head-to-head.
It better be some sort-of-obscure ingredient that only Greeks would know how to use. In the tv commercial previews, it looks like its some sort of meat, like lamb, maybe veal.
