Ah, then you have the chef with a Italian flair and twist. Mario Batali, a Seattle native who adores Italian food. Had recently opened 'Del Posto' in New York City. Proof from his special presention 'Mario FULL BOIL' on Food Network. I just dying to buy his orange crops.

I saw Mario Batali on one of the morning shows last week. That guy is really getting large. He is probably over 300 Lbs.
