The turnip sticks are good. The flavor is quite mild, and nice and crunchy.

It's not hard to make, nor is it expensive. You can get it for about 10$ for 6 or 7 pieces. As for how to make it, you need a really sharp, thin, fine knife. I've never made it though.

I have a market near by that has mostly sushi grade products. You can try a slab of the raw fish available for free. I've tried the tuna. It wasn't my favorite...

Really, AC? What do you like better? I recently had sashimi-grade tuna in a salad, and was quite intrigued. Unfortunately, I found the rub that was used a bit overpowering - I wish I'd had a better taste of just the fish.

I know it had some sort of a marinade on it, though. I'm not familiar with Asian cuisine at all. If I didn't find ICJ, I'd be totally clueless.
