For the peeps who didn't know anything about this week's episode, stay here! On with it.... Easter Sunday Ingredient was: SABLEFISH!Well gang, Morimoto's back and scored and secured another win against Chef Linton Hopkins. I've noticed that he ain't wearing no glasses. hmm. Oh well, the judges adored his dishes.

Checking out his Wikipedia stats, this was a much-needed win for Morimoto.
Visiting NYC, one thing I hadn't realized was that his restaurant is in the same building complex as Food Network HQ. I chalk that one up to coincidence.

Being a fish lover, I would have happily tried all the dishes. They sure looked amazing. I'm really glad Mo won, and so convincingly.

Looked great! A Morimoto win always makes me happy. Even with judge Oily. that started to get pretty annoying, especially since she's usually the only one to say the dishes are oily.

Her comments, especially the ones about things being "oily" (which unfortunately includes almost every word that comes out of her mouth), really take away from the viewing experience. I hope the producers take the hint and stop inviting her back. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would love to be on the tasting panel in her place!
As usual, a Morimoto win is always fun to watch. It was a great battle, and like I said before, another strong episode for the latest season.

And why did the producers have to invite her for a battle with a fish that's naturally oily?!?! Hubby and I literally groaned when Alton did his short interviews with the judges and we found out that little factoid.

Poor Katayama-san. She went too far on this one.
