Please list any books, cookbooks, ect. here for future challengers or Iron Chefs to use as reference to the history or cusinie of their choice when they play the RPG. This list would also prove benificial to anyone playing Hattori so they can cross reference the cusine so that he can know what he is talking about.
Please use this format when listing a reference:
Title Author(This can be omitted if it is a website) Address(if a website) Cusine
1. Regional Chinese Cookbook Kenneth Lo Chinese(with recipies that specialize in each region of China)
2. THE Chinese Cook Book Wallace Yee Hong Chinese(again with recipies from each region of China) Note: If you do pick up this book, prepare for some wierd formatting!

I agree with Arrianna. Sites like Worldwide Gourmet, Food Network, cooks.com, etc. are quicker to access and inform for an RPG part. I googled quite a bit when I did Michiba (although there were times when I wound up typing with Hattori's voice doing the narration), and that helped a lot in getting character.

A book that can be useful:
E.N. Anderson, The Food of China. New Haven, CT : Yale University Press, 1988.
A handy resource outlining the history and evolution of Chinese cuisine. A must read if you're doing a Chinese cuisine character.
