To the Iron Chef: What kind of chocolate are you using (sweet/bitter)? How are you going to use the noodles or what other ingredients are you going to use with that dish? Are you going to steam or boil the manju?
To the Challenger: Are you making a remoulade? With the crab, are you making crab cakes? If not, what are you making with the crab?

What kind of chocolate are you using (sweet/bitter)? bitter. The sweetness will be provided by the mirin mixed with the sake in the pan.
How are you going to use the noodles or what other ingredients are you going to use with that dish? The noodles will be going with the curry in a gourmet kare-pan.
Are you going to steam or boil the manju? Steam.

No to both questions. You'll just have to see what do with the crab. But here's a bit of a hint, the crab is going into what isn't a remoulade.

To the challenger: Are you making a crab dip in a bread bowl then? How is the chili going? Is there some type of bread salad being made? Are you making a Bruschetta of some form or Crouton for a salad?

To the challenger: How will you use the noodles? What color(s) are you using? If you are using a color what is used to make that color?
To both chefs: How are all your dishes coming along? Will you finish on time or need to drop any dish?

Barronmore, I wasn't sure if you were done or if you planned on using the final sixty seconds for further plating. If you're done, I'll just go ahead and edit my post in the RPG all the way to the Gong of Fate.

Well... Morimoto feels that "My dishes are more traditional then would be expected for an ingredient like this but I hope I brought a new way of looking at them."

Momma thinks that "I'm just grateful that I'm here to represent my little Jimmy today. Can I win? Sure I can! I'm from Texas, sweetie, and we can do whatever we want.
