I know there are professional companies that will do conversions from tape/film to digital media, such as Legacy Box. I'm not sure what the process entails.

I had to pull out my Iron Chef official book to find the answer to your question. It was episode #245, the 2,000th plate special battle. Sakai, Ishinabe and Jou went up against Chen, Waki and Miyamoto. The special ingredients were pork, terrapin and banana.
