*hears the obsenity* ha ha ha. *turns to the assistants* Stick to the plan fellas, and we CAN'T lose. I'll go back to the stand for something special for the ice cream that we are serving.

*to assistant 1* Is the ice cream mixture in the machine yet? Good. Now we need to get started on the sauces. You start on the cheese sauce for the poppers.
*to assistant 2* Break time is over. I need you to start on the olive, basil and sage pesto.
I'll get started on the salad dressings. Let's go.

The ice cream is just a small componet to a bigger picture for what I have planned for it. I'm not intending for it as dessert, but you will love the results... I hope.

*looking in the oven* And... the... calzones... are... Done. Now I'll turn down the tempurature settings and get the poppers in to keep warm. *does so*
Assistant 1: Okay, I got the ice cream machine started.
Good. I want to use olive oil, fresh cream, milk and eggs for the ice cream base for some milk shakes that I just added to the menu. You go get that and some large martini glasses for serving them.
Assistant 2: Okay, I got the things that we weren't using washed and put away. Before you asked, no, I didn't touch the funnels for the salad dressings.
Excelent. I know I worked both of you assistants hard during this half of the battle. I want you to get some plastic baskets, newspaper and some styrofoam cups. I'm going to use that for presentation on the poppers. After you do that, take a few to catch your breath. I'll call you if I need you.

*hears the 15 min. mark* *to both assistants* Okay, guys, it seems that we have more time than I thought, but that doesn't mean that I'm letting you off the hook. As soon as the calzones are done, all we are going to use the oven for is to keep the poppers and the calzones warm. I didn't think I had enough time for something cold, but now I do have some time, so one of you turn the ice cream machine back on. Also, put the salad stuff in the fridge, I don't want that going to waste. Also hold off on the vinirgrettes. If we make them now, it will break at the serving table. Other than that, we stick to our gameplan. From what I hear from Ota, Kobe is really off his game today, and so if we want to win, everything must be perfect in both our dishes and how we handle ourselves in the kitchen. One more thing, I also want one of you to start cleaning up this mess. This is entirely unprofessional and it annoys me. Let's do it.
---post---- I have no objections, as long as it is a special battle like Himura v. Hattori. Now that I'll pay to see. ----end---

*to assistant 1* Got those in the oven? Good. I need you to start helping me preparing the sauces. You start with the cheese sauce for the poppers.
*to assistant 2* Is the poppers ready?
Assistant 2: yes.
Good. I need you to get two salad dressing serving bottles, and start making the vinigarettes for the salad. Remember, use truffle oil for one of the bottles, and use basil oil for the other. When you pour them into the bottles, use seperate funnels. We don't want to contaimate the flavor. I'll get our pasta dish out and plated.

*to himself* I finally got the poppers ready for frying. They shouldn't take long, so I'll get busy on something else.
*to assistant 1* How is the pasta coming out?
Assistant 1: Good, boss. *I inspect the pasta as it makes another go round in the machine*
Stop right there. Remember that we have intergrated flavors into the pasta, and pressing them futher will only damage the flavor, and that is what we don't want. I'll get started on filling the ravolli, and you get the calzones out, brush them with some of the oil that the sun dried tomatoes was preserved in, and get them into the oven now.
*to assistant 2* Get everything ready for my house salad. I need the romane lettuce, spinach, small cherry tomatoes, bacon and sliced black olives. When you are done with that, start frying the poppers, and when they are done cooking, coat them with salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion and garlic powder. That shouldn't take long, so when you are done with that, come see me.
*to both assistants* I'll get started with the sun dried tomato sauce for the calzones, and the house salad. We are in the home stretch people, let's bring our dishes home.

I was going to make a cold liquid drink using olive oil, fresh cream, milk and eggs to serve as a dessert, but I really didn't think that I had the time to make the ice cream and then allow it to melt.

---post--- Okay, I'll take care of that matter now, but I think that someone else should e-mail her just in case she doesn't believe me.
Edit: I now realize that I can't do it. Stupid hidden feature. ---end---
*to himself* Woah, making those things took longer than I thought. Thankfully, I got them in the fridge for the half way point for cooking. I hope that time is on my side when I start making the pasta dish. Tortellini is out of the question now, so that will save me time, and my salad shouldn't take long to prepare. That reminds me, I got to get one of the assistants on frying up those poppers.
*to assistant 2* Is the popper filling ready to go?
Assistant 2: Yes sir.
Okay, let me have that, and the bread crumbs. We have a change in plans. Instead of Tortellini, we're making ravoiloni, but we are still keeping the same pasta dough. Also, turn off the ice cream maker, I don't think that I have enough time to get something cold out.
*to assistant 1* I need for you to find two funnels. Don't ask questions, but it is for the salad that I'm serving. While you're at it, get some ingredients together for a cheese sauce. Got that? I need it five minutes ago.

*to assistant 2* How much of that roast beef did you slice up?
Assistant 2: Halfway.
Okay, I think that is enough. I want you to start prepping the stuffing for the fried poppers and the tortellini. I'm sure that the IC has a pasta dish up his sleave, so when you finish the stuffing, I want you to run back to the ingredients stand and pick me out some good green olives, and some of the red peppers in the olive oil and chop them up fine and set them aside.
*to assistant 1* Is the plates ready?
Assistant 1: Yes, sir. *I inspect the plates*
Okay, that is fine. Now I want you to start rolling out the pasta for the tortellini when the other assistant comes back and chops up the olives and the peppers. I want you to get them pressed into the pasta dough before you put the stuffing in. I'll start work on forming the calzones.
----post--- Where is ICM? ----end----

*to assistant 1 who has just retrieved what I asked for* Okay, this is a good start. Now I need you to get sage, and some plates for presentation, and make sure they match.
*to assistant 2* How is that pasta dough comming out? Ahh, that's what I want. Now put it in a bowl with plastic wrap, and put it in the fridge. I don't need it right now, and when you are done with that, start slicing the roast beef as thin as you possibly can slice it, and slice the whole thing.

*to assistant #1* Hey, is the pizza dough ready for me to use?
Assistant 1: Yes, sir.
Okay, I need you to go get me some roast beef, spinach, romane lettuce, sage, and be prepared to get the ice cream machine started.
*to assistant #2* I need you to get the pasta machine out, and start making some pasta dough. I'll start prepping the pizza dough for the calzones.
*to both assistants* you have your assignments, let's get to work.

This is a good news-bad news kind of theme. I didn't suspect it, but I know that I can create some good things today, and I'm shooting for 4 dishes today, maybe more if I have time. *preceeds to write a menu*

(to himself)Wow look at the quality of these ingredients. I'm going to have a field day with this.
