Ohta: Yes Morimoto-San, I heard what Kaga-San said, and that it isn't a dessert battle, I was just asking if you were making a dessert that's all. Fukui-San! So far it appears that the Iron Chef isn't making a dessert, back to you Fukui-San!

Takata-san (Oh look, IC Morimoto has added chocolate to his stirfry. The aroma is so good! So far we've not heard from Challenger Kandagawa. It's certainly not like him to be so quiet.)

Hattori: Kandagwa-San is very confident, he's just saving time, and concentrating that way he can focus, and put quality into his dishes.
Ohta: Fukui-San!!, I tried to interview Kandagawa-San, and he flashed me a dirty look, and said "go away! I'm busy cooking, shoo-shoo!", He is really uptight today, I'll try again later. Back to you Fukui-San.

Kandagawa: My next dish is a beef and broccoli stew, I used the dark chocolate in this dish, this dish should awaken the sinuses with the spices added.

The next dish I have prepared is fried halibut nuggets with a chocolate and truffle sauce, the halibut is fried in a batter using cereal and buttermilk, with a splash of sake added to the batter. It is finished off with sesame seeds on top, and is meant to be dipped in the chocolate and truffle sauce.

Kanou-san (My mouth is watering after watching Kandagawa-san prepare that halibut dish, Takata-san. I can't wait to eat!) Takata-san (I know what you mean, Kanou-san. And the Iron Chef is going all out in this battle, too. When we finish the eating we will think we've died and gone to heaven for sure)

Kandagawa: (I am now working on my appatizer. My appatizer is spring rolls filled with carrots, bamboo shoots, lettuce, mint leaves, and dried mushrooms. They are fried, lightly, and served with a white chocolate sauce, flavored with truffles and sake...mm this is good!)
