Kandagawa: I am now working on my dessert platter, which consists of a dark chocolate and sake flavored dessert drink, (with some whipped cream on top ), a white chocolate mouse topped with caramel and walnuts, a fruit assortment, (of strawberries, pineapples, bananas, and cherries), dipped in a milk chocolate glaze, and drizzled with white chocolate. The last part to the platter is a chocolate sushi, made with dark, milk, and white chocolate. All four of the items on this platter are smaller in size so the tasters can enjoy them all equally.

I have so much time left! I just might make another dish! Chocolate chicken sounds nice. (In this dish the chocolate is in the chicken, not the soup. The chicken has been marinating in a red wine and chocolate marinade, some lemon juice was also added. The cayenne pepper and paprika add a spicy touch to this one. It is served over rice and broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and mushrooms. The vegetables were also sprinkled with coca powder.
