Morimoto: Chocolate chicken....huh...my friend Misstee from Chicago loved to make that...people ranting and raving about that dish all the time...I have an alternative...Chocolate Shrimp. My assistants are marinading the shrimp with rice wine and dark chocolate, lime and grapefruit juice and...miso flavorings....like to use some udon noodles with veggies (bamboo shoots, snowpeas, carrots, mushrooms) with this dish.

Takata (I'm happy that there will be a desert from the chefs. Both sides are going pretty heavy on the savory side, I have a real sweettooth. I especially love chocolate with whipped cream to end the meal. How are you feeling about the dishes Kanou-san?) Kanou (I think the chefs are right on with the ingredient, chocolate. The chefs are showing great imagination and creativity in their preparations. I'm eager to taste what they've made. How much longer before time up?)

Another dish! My seventh, (I think), dish is going to be a tilapia and coconut dish. The tilapia is coated with coconut and almonds to give it a crunch, I added white chocolate to the creamy buttery sauce and it is served with buttered zucchini.

Morimoto: Chocolate Tiramisu....ha....bring out the twinkies...some coffee, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, white, dark, and milk. Topped it with some mint leaves, raspberries...boom!

Takata (Both the challenger and the Iron Chef have prepared some wonderful looking dishes, and kitchen stadium is filled with wonderous aromas but, the taste will tell which actually are best. I'm ready to eat.)

FIFTEEN MINUTES TO GO!
Fukui: Alright, fifteen minutes to go... and what's this, Kandagawa-san is starting ANOTHER dish! He'll be tying the Kitchen Stadium record of eight dishes, if he completes it!
Doc, seeing as the chefs' dishes have to be 50% main courses, what would you have done with today's ingredient?
