JUDGMENT
Kaga: Today, the challenger's dishes proved to me that modern Korean cuisine is becoming a stronger force in world cuisine, and that it is... evolving into something truly unique. The chefs today put on a great battle, and their culinary creations will set new boundaries in world cuisine. Here's the verdict.
Fukui: Today's challenger Jeung Dae coming all the way from Korea to show us her stuff. She put her Korean cuisine up against the Italian cuisine of Iron Chef Kobe. The theme was broccoli, with both sides finishing with great dishes. Who takes it? Whose cuisine reigns supreme?
Kaga: Iron Chef Masahiko Kobe!
Fukui: He did it! The Iron Chef pulled off a win here in Kitchen Stadium today. It was a tough battle that put two top chefs against each other, but in the end Iron Chef Kobe takes home the "W" today.
Now let's check the scores:
Kurimoto: 17 to 19 Iron Chef Dreyfuss: 15 to 18 Iron Chef Kanou: 10 to 15 Iron Chef Kishi: 17 to 20 Iron Chef
It's a sweep for Iron Chef Italian Masahiko Kobe!

Post.... It was hard to score with so many dishes, per Kanou, because he didn't know what should have been included with what.....Both chefs did an awesome job. Kanou learned much about Korean cuisine, thank you very much for that, Chef Jeung. Kanou has a love for Italian foods, especially pasta. This was a great battle and should go down in the archive books as one of the great ones.
