post--- I was speaking about the "hot bean paste" he said he used in the soup. (I cook with hot bean paste. Sour foods usually make capsaicin even hotter.) EndPost-------------------------------- I forgot, sorry end-----

Chen<presenting the last dish to the panel and that is Pork Stuffed Tomatoes>...If there's such thing as stuffed peppers, well here's stuffed tomatoes, I made the tomatoes as cups filled with seasoned pork which is sweet and sour sauce, and more tomatoes and scallions, bean sprouts and diced peppers and mixed with cooked rice. Suiting a great ending.

Kanoh: I'd say that it's the sauce that pulls everything together. Great job!

Hirano: This dish is excellent. A wonderful dish, masterfully presented, and perfect as the finale to your courses tonight.
Fukui: The tasting is done- who will walk out of here with a victory? Only time will tell!
Post -------------------- Well done, everyone. Judges, I'll need your scorecards for both chefs. Scoring is as follows:

Please give me an overall score for each chef, and not a score for every dish. Thanks! -------------- End

JUDGMENT
*Kaga enters Kitchen Stadium*
Kaga: Challenger Kentaro stepped into Kitchen Stadium today hoping to take down Iron Chef Chen, and regain his honor from his last battle. Regardless of whether he wins or loses today, Kentaro did a great job with his dishes, and his a true winner regardless of a victory over the Iron Chef. Here's the verdict.
Fukui: Challenger Kentaro, coming back for a rematch against Iron Chef Chen here in Kitchen Stadium. The theme was tomato, and both chefs did a great job with their dishes. Will Kentaro be able to regain his honor and beat the Iron Chef this time out, or has the Iron Chef bested him again? Who takes it? Whose cuisine reigns supreme?
Kaga: Iron Chef Chen Kenichi!
Fukui: And he does it! The Iron Chef once again defeating Kentaro and proving just why he is the Iron Chef! Now let's go to the scores:
Kanou: 17 to 19 Iron Chef. Kurimoto: 14 to 17 Iron Chef. Takata: 17 to 19 Iron Chef. and Hirano: 17 to 18 Iron Chef.
It's a sweep for Iron Chef Chinese Chen Kenichi!
