Kobe: I think I have time for another dish! How about a lobster pizza? Yes, yes, that sounds good. I will take advantage of the previously prepared pizza dough, and start on a pesto sauce. The simple pesto sauce is made with basil, garlic, olive oil, pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese. It is instantly turned up-scale when the fresh black truffles are added. This pesto is spread on the pizza dough, and is topped with red, orange, and yellow bell peppers. Next, the lobster meat is added, and is topped with mozzarella cheese. Black truffles are sprinkled over the top to make this dish even more appealing.

Ota - Skuuu-san, the crowd likes the idea of Kobe-sans lobster pizza, they are whistling and yelling. I get the fear of being mobbed everytime they see what Kobe-san is making next. I'm going to need bedrest for a week after tonight!

10 MINUTES TO GO!
Fukui: We're coming to the final strech in this one. Both chefs had better start to finish up and plate their dishes, because time is running out!
Post ----------------- Anyone who is a judge, please PM me the name of your character. We've rearranged the judging positions so much that I can't remember who is who. Thanks! ----------------- End

Ota - Puku-san, the chefs are beginning to plate their food now. As I see both of them I'm amazed at how beautiful the finished dishes look. I must say, Kobe-san's pizza is awesome. Even Kandagawa-san agrees and has asked Kobe-san to save him a piece. Chen-san and Sakai-san are beginning to get autograph hounds around them now. Good thing we have crowd control. I see Kaga-san coming back to kitchen stadium. And as you'd expect, the people are getting his autograph, too. He is happy to give it.

Michiba: The Lobster Stew with the bonito broth should be ready to plate. The chocolate cover lobster sushi is done, the surf and turf sashimi is done and ready to plate and the stuffed tomatoes filled with lobster is ready to plate. I guess two more in ten minutes or drop the two.

Ota - Squeezee-san, both chefs are squrring now to finsh up the last minute items. Kobe-san has counted his plated dishes, put the little accessories on that make them complete and he is primping and washing his hands. There is a slew of women surrounding his station, I think he is liking that very much. I'm going to head over to Michiba-san and check out his final plating. Will be interviewing him in a few minutes.

Michiba to the assistants: Start plating...I got 5 minutes left. I got to get a sixth dish...Lobster that is left over and with shrimp I can make a quick cocktail with some cocktail wasabi sauce, bonito broth that is left over and rice wine vinegar and serve them with a cocktail glass.

Fukui: Today in Kitchen Stadium two giants battled it out in Battle Lobster. Former Iron Chef Japanese Rokusaburo Michiba, the greatest of all Iron Chefs, returned today to battle current Iron Chef Italian Masahiko Kobe. Youth versus wisdom! Which will prevail?
