Judy Wong - It's so good to watch IC Kobe working at his station. He is very creative in dishes. I'm sure we are in for a real treat tonight. Tell me doctor Hattori, what is your favorite ingredient to work with?

*to assistant 2* is that the straws? Good. The pasta is plated, the milkshake is mixed, so all I need to do is get the milkshake into the glasses and put some finishing touches on all of my dishes.
*Proceeds to pour the milkshake into the large martini glasses, skewer the green olives that was retrieved into the stand, place them into the drink, and place the straws into the drink*
*does a quick count of his dishes* one, two, three, four, five, and I am done.

10 MINUTES TO GO!
Fukui: Whoa! Challenger Himura looks as if he's already done! Even more surprising, we STILL don't know exactly what the Iron Chef is up to. Kobe had better put it into overdrive if he expects to pull off a win.

Kateyama-San: Look how the time go, it's so fast. Himura and Kobe are at the boiling point.

Hattori: He might have jumped the gun there Fukui. I certainly hope he hasn't actually dressed the salads yet.
My favorite ingredient Wongsan? That would be hard to say. When it comes to ingredients just about anything could be my favorite as long as it is fresh. The closer ingredients are are to their natural state the better they are.

Ota - Ku-san. Challenger Sanji is winding down now and I can see the wheels in his head turning as he designs his plating. All I can say is, WOW! wait until you see the finished product. I've been stalking IC Kobe's side of kitchen stadium but he hasn't done any plating yet. Ten minutes for the IC is plenty so not to worry.

Fukui: Ohta, we've come to expect some crazy action from the Iron Chef in the last ten minutes, but this battle is so unusual I don't know what to expect anymore!

Now that the two designated dishes were on their way to completion, Kobe had jerked to the conclusion that he could make a third dish. He scrambled around the kitchen, looking for ingredients that he thought would accentuate the olives in this cold dish.
"Guys," he called out to his assistants, "I'm going to make an olive tiramisu. Wish me luck." Yet he mumbled the 'wish my luck' part...

Post -------------- I am slowing the battle down. I figured you weren't able to get on a computer. Try and finish it up as quickly as you can, though. I bet this really DOES feel like Iron Chef now! -------------- End
