*to assistant 2* Prep the deep frier. I think that I have time for one more. Also, do we still have some of the sun-dried tomato sauce from the last battle? If so, get that heated up.

*Hattori can be seen checking in the freezer. Omae has removed the pork balls from the fryer and is taking the chicken off the grill to a cutting board.*
Hattori: (to Omae) Let the chicken rest for a few minutes. Let's cut it right before plating. Come give me a hand with the sorbets.
*Hattori hands one of the trays to the sous chef.*
Hattori: We need to move quickly and get them back in the freezer as soon as possible.

Ota - keke-san, if my ears are not deceiving me, I think I heard Challenger Sanji-san say he is going to start on a fourth dish, CAN THIS BE TRUE? Sanji-san, are you going to start another dish? Tell me it is so!

Yes, I am, but like my wine, I may not serve it. *assistant taps on sholder*
Assistant 2: Sir, we're out of that sauce. Any sauce for that matter.
*deep breath* Okay. I'll think of something, just let me get Ota off my back for a second or two.

No, and I'm not going to start today. *turns to assistant 2* Okay I need dashi, mirin and shoyu. Also, run up to the stand and get a bunch of purple grapes that you can find. *turns to assistant 1* And I need you to get me another drink. Yes, the same kind as before.

Chai Lam: This battle is going at a great clip. The dishes are flying out from both sides. I am not surprised that the challenger is not sure about serving the wine. Thirty minutes isn't enough time to make wine. The flavor and body are developed over time in wooden barrels. This is the first time I've seen the challenger not in constant control. The time limit must be weighting heavily on his mind. I'm surprised both chefs have not made a grape tart. It would have been a great dessert to finish out this battle.

I need a tempura batter made, so one of you get to it. *assistant arrives with ingredients* Is this what I asked for? Good. *proceeds to make a sauce for tempura*

*Doc Hattori, Omae, and the sous chef are working with three pans with the sorbets in them and six clear glasses.*
Hattori: First the green, then the red, then the sweetened Yuzu, then reverse it, red then green. Keep the layers clean.
*Doc grabs an extra spoon nearby and scooping up some of the red grape sorbet offers it to Ohta with a smile as he comes over.*
Hattori: (to sous chef) Good! Lets get them back into the freezer.

Ota - Ummmm, this sorbet is soooo goood, Doc. Thank you. Feecouie-san, I'm here with Doc. Hattori. He has a lucious sorbet going on here. Doc. Hattori, You know more about food than anyone. Did you even have to give it a second thought when Chmn. Kaga revealed grapes to be the ingredient? By the way, Hattori-san, I really dig your outfit, this silver kimono goes well with your hair. LOL

Ota - Sanji-san, have you ever made anything like Potatoes and grapes? LOL Fukui: Ha! Good one big guy! I'm not too sure the challenger thought that was funny, but I know I did! Doc's sorbet sure does look good. I think our judges are in for a tough one today! *looks at timer* Seems there's about seven minutes left on the clock, chefs!
