Jimmy James: We'll shoot now, Kaga-san, are you really trying to get me in trouble with my Mama again?! Don't get me wrong, these are great chef's you got here batting for the title but there ain't no way your EVER gonna get me to admit that Sakai-san makes better Mac and Cheese then my mamma. No way!
And Kanoh-san, I'm telling you right now Ham goes great with cheese. Nah, the ham may not be the star of the dish, but I can promise you this! Ham and cheese go great together...especially on rye. It goes great together just like Buff Bagwell and ....we'll, on second thought nothing goes great with Buff Bagwell. But ham does go great with cheese.
post.... Thanks guys. I really needed a laugh tonight. end post....

Kaga: *smiles* I don't think I should put James-san under any more pressure tonight! Good thing there's only one more dish, eh? Next course please, Iron Chef.

Kanoh: Don't get me wrong James-san, I like ham and cheese in a sandwich, but as a theme ingredient it should stand out over the rest. I don't know about wresting, but I assume you mean that it is like mixing good lighting conditions with a photogenic subject.

Sakai: This is the last dish that we have this evening. I wanted to recreate a lighter version of a traditional Holiday meal. Please enjoy. *bow*
dish-------------------------- Last is the Iron Chef's take on a Holiday meal. Sakai attempted to take the normal ingredients in a Holiday meal, and create a lighter option. Both fresh ham and turkey are glazed with a special honey and ginger glaze. Cranberry foam is added to the plate, along with maple-glazed broccoli, and a light chive and truffle biscuit. The dish is garnished with fresh lavender, and a mint refresher is added to the plate. dish-------------------------

Kurimoto: "The biscuit works well here. I'm enjoying the sweetness of the turkey and ham, and the cranberry foam works well. I think the maple-glazing of the broccoli was unnecessary; there's an overbalance in favour of sweetness here. The lavender and mint make excellent decorative touches."

Hosoki: My take of this dish is a royal. It's so delicious. I disagree with Kurimoto on the maple glazed broccoli. It's so sweet. It makes you want to change the way you make broccoli. Truffle biscuits are very well done, yes. The turkey and ham itself is the best of this dish. Spot on!

Jimmy James: This is a really nice way to end the meal. It's a little bit Thanksgiving, a little bit Christmas. The ham and turkey are complemented quite well by the saucing that you've provided. The only thing I really didn't care for was the maple glazed broccoli. But that's ok, I"m a meat man myself.
Well done.

Ohta - (walking towards the kitchen stadium for one last interview with the chefs after the verdict is read, thinks to himself) Well, this has been a really unusual battle. IC Sakai, that lady-killer, probably would enjoy winning but he has a soft heart for anything pretty so, I wonder how he will react at whatever the verdict. Of course, Sanji-san would be a goddess if she wins, having beaten the greatest IC of all. I can't wait to find out who wins.

JUDGMENT
*Kaga steps into Kitchen Stadium followed by the judges*
Kaga: Today, the wife of a champion of Kitchen Stadium has challenged Iron Chef Sakai in a holiday-themed battle. Akane Himura has impressed us all with her skills in the kitchen, and has undoubtedly made her husband proud. The scores were extremely close, with only three points separating the winner from the loser.
Here it is...
Fukui: Today, Akane Himura, wife of Sanji Himura, has gone head-to-head with the Delacroix of French cuisine, Iron Chef Sakai. Both chefs did the holiday season justice with their delicious offerings using today's TWO secret ingredients: ham and turkey. But only one chef can walk out of Kitchen Stadium a winner- who takes it? Whose cuisine reigns supreme?
Kaga: Challenger Akane Himura!
Fukui: Wow! She did it! The challenger has beaten the Iron Chef! Incredible! Man alive, the crowd in here is going wild! And... what's this? James-san even gave a score to his mamma? I don't believe it! Let's take a look at the scores!
