ishinabelover111: I've gotten back into iron chef after I recalled watching it whenever it aired on SBS, but I am struggling to find any sort of solid archive for the show that is still maintained today. ironchefdb.com only has links to youtube videos and not enough info

I watch this channel often and cooked tasty pizza recently. I am big fan of Italian cuisine. So I often cook different sorts of pasta. On Christmas I got nice present from my brother new lunch boxes which he bought at allinpackaging.co.uk/food-packaging/ I think it is useful present , because now I can take food for lunch with me and give it to my coworkers.

Kathleen, the judging is real, although there were rumors that Alain Passard agreed to a loss in the Final Battle with Sakai-san (Chinese Imperial Chicken) for a price. At least, that's what Wayne Nish (Battle Apple 1996) told me after dinner at his restaurant many years ago. Of course, having lost his battle, he had nothing nice to say about the show, which is typical of many very egotistical chefs. On the other hand, it's hard to conceive of Passard not winning any culinary competition he competes in. I think the real issue is that the tetsujin had a real advantage over chosensha (challengers) because they were so familiar with the KS setup and the format of the show.
