Was anyone able to save the Mr. Iron Chef 1994? The youtube link in the earlier posts have been brought down. Yes, I'll post them soon in this thread. Grab 'em while you still can. On another note, I was so saddened to learn of the death of Joël Robuchon, a great culinary genius, in 2018. However, his legacy as a forefather of nouvelle française cuisine will endure.

Maybe Fuji started caring again when the Filmrise deal came into play. As a reminder, I've created an episode list with the mega/YT links. Episode list with linksI still have everything from the site. I know a lot of people (me included) love seeing the raw and subtitled episodes, but do you think there would be interest in having the Food Network episodes uploaded again? And any interest in seeing again what I used to call the "Beyond Kitchen Stadium" videos?

Hey, King Tut! Yes, I suspect that you are quite correct about a causal link between the Filmrise deal and the YouTube actions. Thanks for doing a list of uploads.

I'm waiting to hear back from my sister who has my flash drive with all my episodes from ICF's site....hopefully she finds it, but nice to see there are options for getting episodes here

Maybe sometime we will find a better and more complete version of this, but it is fascinating to view.

Ok so I found all my files, thankfully on another hard drive. So it's as complete as the one ICF list was back in 2017 when I was able to grab them, so quickly scanning the list there was definitely some episodes I'm missing. How complete a collection do you have tetsujin?

How complete a collection do you have tetsujin? It is mostly composed of the original Japanese language broadcasts (from Japan and KTSF-26 in San Francisco). I have the first 22 battles, a smattering of 1994 battles, Battle Sole (07.07.1995) and nearly all the remaining battles from Battle Tomato (08.18.1995) forward to the end with the exception of Dried Abalone (01.12.1996). I also have all the specials with the exception of Hong Kong 1995 and maybe the dreadful New York 2000 nonsense. Also, I have ten unedited (full 85 minute) rebroadcast battles from SkyPerfect from the first half of 1995. With respect to the FN dubbed versions, I believe I have about 140 or so, dating back to Battle Chicken (12.19.1993). These are, I believe, all in 480p, 576p or 720p. The only two battles I haven't viewed, in one format or another, are the Battles Swordfish and Avocado from 1995.

If people didn't know (I didn't until last night), all the episode files from the old website are up on the Internet Archive. archive.org/details/iron-chefI saw the episode numbering/naming and thought "that looks familiar" before reading the description. Not sure if it was someone from here or not, but thank you to whoever did it. I still have my copies, but I'm glad the episodes are still readily available.
