Michiba-san, I, too, am in the Pacific timezone. From us Tokyo is 17 hours ahead, right? Don't forget to set your clocks ahead an hour beginning tomorrow. I feel sorry for ya'll that have to get up early. I can sleep late.

Mistee, Central time is (becase of day light saving time) 16 hours behind Tokyo, you are two hours ahead of Pacific time.

This is going to be fun, we can invite all the Iron Chefs back to the boat for dinner when we get to Tokyo. Don't forget to pack your outfit to match your favorite IC's kimono. It is also polite for us to present a gift to them when we first meet.
