It looks like Mickster edited Arrianna's post instead of her own, and asked the question of the wrong person, eiko..... Lol. Mickster unknowingly using her mod-powers- too funny.

Awesome. Thanks, Arrianna. I do have one question before I download; what is a torrent file? How do I play it?

Hi, this is Barronmore, Arrianna's Husband. Since I'm the tech geek I can tell you (hopefully) how to use the torrent file. I use azureus because I find it really works the best. Not only do I get good downlad speeds but it will automaticly check the file for accuracy when it is downloaded. I've never had a bad file from Azureus yet. Before you can install Azureus, you'll need to have Java on your machine. If it's not already installed you can do go www.java.comand click on the download now button. Install java as normal and now your ready to move onto Azureus. go to: azureus.sourceforge.net/download.phpand download the windows exe file. Install as normal. Start Azureus and go through the configuration wizard. Use the default settings EXCEPT when it asks you what user mode you want to use. Choose Advanced and finish the wizard with the default settings. After running the config wizard, you'll need to set your speed settings. You do this with the 'good settings' page. Go to: www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/Good_settingsand find the "How to determine your upload speed" section right below the colorful chart. You will see two links there, one for DSL Reports and the other for adslguide. Choose either and follow the instructions to get your internet connection speed. For example: to find my speed I click on the DSL Reports link and choose a location reasonably close to me. I press the start button and then wait. My result is 267.6 / 29.7 KB/sec. The first number is the one we want. Now, take your number and go to the colorful chart above the 'upload' section and find the number that is closest to your upload number (in my case 256). Bring up azureus and go to Tools, Options. You will change the settings in two areas of this screen. Well start with the green seciton of the chart. Choose the transfer section of your nav list on the Left side of Azureus. Fill in the boxes with the approprate numbers from the green section of the chart. Now, we'll go to the orange section. Choose the Queue section from the nav list and fill in the approprate boxes with the correct settings. Now, click the 'save' button under the nav list. You've now set your 'good settings'. Open the torrent file, choose the location you wish to save to and then download. Azurues will tell you roughly how much time remains in your download. When your file has downloaded, you still need to upload it. The file will disappear from the 'my torrents' window and appear in the 'completed Torrents' section underneath. Continue to upload the file until your share ratio is 1.0 or higher. Once you reach 1.0 you have uploaded the entire file to other downloaders. Azureus (and bit torrent files by default) is a 'peer network', which means that one person 'seeds' the file (allows it to be shared) while those downloading the files are called 'leachers' or 'peers' in Azureus. In essence, your downloading not only from the seeder but from all the other peers who are connected to you. If you do not 'seed' your finished torrent then you are denying other 'peers' who are connected to you from getting the entire file. Once you have seeded to a 1.0 ratio that means that the network of peers does have the compete file and can download it without problems. Good luck and enjoy.

Barronmore says "You're welcome and I hope it makes sense for you". That particular site still doesn't have part two up but Torrent Spy has both part 1 & 2. Part 1 linkPart 2 link(Be warned though, if you don't have adblock you need to watch out for some of the ads.)

Not well. The download got to about 600 MB and then stopped. I don't know what happened, but I am willing to try again. I started it again a few minutes ago and it is at 95 MB now. I'll keep you updated, Arrianna.

Chances are the seeders all got off for some reason. Usually if you just leave it on it will kick back on. Just don't forget to upload it after it finishes downloading.
I've seen it twice now. It is a must for any Pratchett fan!

OK, do to internet troubles I just finished watching part two of Hogfather. It was fantastic! The acting was outstanding, especially the man that played Mr. Teatime, who, I feel, was the best character in the movie.
So, did anyone else download it?
