Ohh... Ice Skating! I've always wanted to try that. There's not alot of ice here. Texas or New York? I lived in Texas for eight years and hated every waking moment. I only drove through New York on the way to California after returning from Germany. Had to pick up my car in Bayone NJ. Can't tell you how many times I went through the Holland tunnel trying to get out of that place, LOL.

Mashed potatoes. Especially when you toss in a couple of garlic cloves during the boiling process.
