New question: We all know that two chefs, to date, from the failed ICUSA series eventually found themselves as challengers in ICA. Tell me:
1) Who were they(in the air order that they appeared)? 2) Who were the Iron Chefs that they faced? 3) Name the theme ingredient or one noteworthy judge for the battles(do not answer one for both battles; do not answer both questions for both battles).
Example for how to correctly answer the questions(using the ICA tag team battles):

The one-win part is right; the number of times he dealt with lobster was more than twice, but I don't remember the number off the top of my head.

At least four. Homard Lobster three times (7/15/94 versus Tadaaki Shimizu, 4/12/96 versus Pierre Gagnaire -- the battle at the French chateau, 9/24/99 versus Chen) and regular lobster against Seigel.

FYI everyone, "homard" is simply the French word for lobster, and is used on ICJ to distinguish what us North Americans call lobster from the Japanese varieties.
