Sometimes, cooking is just too much for me to do at night. Fast Food is an easy alternative to preparing a whole meal. I like Wendy's best, because they offer some healthy options. What fast food restaurants do you like?

I love Taco Bell.

You know, I have not had a fast food hamburger in years...All I order are the salads.

I don't eat out, period. Used to love Taco Bell but now I eat at home where I know what goes into my food.

Nothing wrong with fast food once a week (so says the Dr's).
My kids are getting old enough that's it's starting to hit the pocketbook though. Their favorite? Carl's Jr. otherwise known as the "fry place".

My all-time favourite fast food place is a Canadian chain called Harvey's. Their slogan is "Harvey's makes your hamburger a beautiful thing", and it's true. They grill your burger over an open flame and don't start cooking it until you've ordered. Once it's cooked they bring it over to the prep station and you tell them what toppings you want. They use regular fat french fries rather than shoestrings, and their onion rings rival A&W, IMHO. They even have veggie burgers, really good ones (unlike the BK ones in this country - yech!).

A fellow Harvey's fan. An American one at that. Glad that you've seen the light. When I go out for fast food, I usually hit a Harvey's, Subway, or my favorite, TIM HORTONS!

I used to eat at Fuddruckers in Houston. Is similar to what you described for Harveys.

I can't stand eating at any of the standby's anymore (Mc Donalds, Burger King, or even Wendy's). The only problem is their fountain drinks. Since I hate most of them anyway that doesn't bother me one bit. My favorite is their spicy chicken but their salad isn't bad at all.

After seeing so many shows on how and what the food preparers or waiters do to the food, guess I have a phobia about eating out. There are probably many places that are great places to eat but, what can I say.

That's why I usualy like to go places where I can see the food being made infront of me.
