Awsomeness!!! That was delicious!
Now I have another question. The frozen one's come in a boil bag. Should I just be able to open the bag and steam them in my own sauce or should I stick with the boil bag and the instructions on the back?

I open the bag, myself. Like to doctor the sauce up. It's up to you. You can cook them in the bag and then after cooked open it, put the mussels in your own warmed sauce and serve, too. Use your awesome imagination.

I'm glad they turned out good for you, Arrianna! I open the bag too, but as Mick said, it's whatever you feel comfortable with.
