So, what did y'all think of Battle Elk?
Hubby and I were surprised by the final score. I don't remember the exact figures, but the challengers bested the Iron Chef by 3 points, all from the taste category. The two sides tied on plating and originality.

Tre Wilcox from Top Chef 3: Miami was a sous chef for the Brothers Rathbun last Sunday!

I did catch the reshowing of this. I've had Elk and I prefer Venison, buuuuuttt that food looked heavenly. I wasn't to surprised that Flay lost though. He tends to fall back on the basics whenever he grills and becomes just a little less creative.

I actually thought that Flay was going to win this one. I was surprised by the final score. It's not too often an Iron Chef gets bested by four points!
