Himura: I thought it would do some good to have a small manual to those people who do visit cities like Tokyo, New York, and Paris that also have a limited budget. My first trip to Tokyo was three days and a total budget of $1000 US.

Ota - (Que-san, Chef Kentaro has lots of energy today, and it sounds a bit like this may be a grudge match, the winners will be the judging panel of course. Kentaro-san has a few surprises up his sleeve. IC Chen is really focusing on his dishes. I wonder if either chef plans on making a tomato ice cream?) Kanoh: This makes me glad I am here today.
