No dubbing, no subtitles. This is straight up Japanese. The usual spiel at the beginning, including the challenger's biography.(If my memory serves me right, this is the Wedgewood battle.)The challenger enters Kitchen Stadium, Sakai rises, and the theme is...(Clearly, the female with Fukui and Hattori is an airhead, no matter what the language.)Shots of the fine China, and then... Fukui-san! We get Ohta for the first time!(Almost forgot: Half of the battle is out of the way here.)More clips of the cooking of the guinea fowl. Ice cream machine is in operation!(That nasty vessie appears. And plating begins as well.)No tasting, no judgement as of yet. Hopefully this person gets around to doing so soon. But a great find, in my opinion.

Great find! It's interesting to see what was changed in the dubbed version. One major omission is the exclusion of the shot of Kitchen Stadium in the opening sequence in which the camera pans over the Gourmet Academy members after the logo is shown. I wonder why it was omitted, or why it was included in the American dub.

Not to be too much of a Stage6 homer, but we have that one, too, in that format. (And all in one piece.) Nah, that's quite alright. I guess I don't check that place often for videos and whatnot. Thanks for telling me, tuthead.
