They do post the full episodes (split into a few parts) on their YouTube page, so we should be able to see this one. I have not watched the show yet, but ill check this one out. That "king of iron chef " title on the video grabbed me. Looks like it will be on tv on March 27

Ian seems to be a star chef in IC Thailand. Actually I read about the result of the battle in Sakai's blog...but I keep it not disclosed...

That's really cool that Sakai posts about that on his blog! I'd like to read about that AFTER I watch the battle! Interesting thing about Iron Chef Thailand that I saw on the official Facebook page, it appears that they have 7 Iron Chefs including 1 woman. Here is a photo of Sakai on the set of Iron Chef Thailand

Thank you so much, Craig. We couldn't watch this episode without your post. It must have been a very gorgeous spacial episode for IC Thailand. Ian's "really?" face at the last moment was impressive. Ian is an Iron Chef Western cuisine, right? So Sakai must be an idol for him.

I am particularly fond of the latter and some of the uniquely Southeast Asian ingredients.

Oh, I see. I didn't find this (found a lot of others, though) so far but I'll try again. Thanks Tets. Also, I'll check Vietnam version. Anyway I envy them. It's going on and exciting!

Very nice! Thanks for the heads up, Craig. Does anyone know why Sakai was there? I mean, it should be obvious to have the originals there, but it could be more of a ratings grab than anything, y'know? (to that end, I'm kinda surprised, yet at the same time not surprised, that ICA doesn't do it... If they did, maybe I'd actually WATCH it! )
