My wife & I were in Las Vegas this past week; main purpose, to see three Circque du Soleil shows (Zumanity, Ka, O). Of interest to this forum: At the Bellagio, near the O theatre, there is a "Joel Rubichon" restaurant. The courses are set by the restaurant; it's $225 (I think); and (bzzzt--instant disqualification for me on this trip) jackets are required. (No specifications for women.)
I DON'T recall what the courses were. But, if I accompany my wife next year to Vegas (mainly a business trip for her), that is one must-visit place for me.

I had dinner there back in October or November. I paid $295 for a 16-course meal and it was worth it. Delicious to eat and beautiful to look at.

Well amazing. I know I can't afford that, but it was well worth it like you said.

I was recently at the Bellagio and didn't even see it! Not that I had my suit with me. Would have liked to have seen it, though. What was the place called?

Last time I was in Vegas over spring break this last year, my friends kept getting pissed at me cause everytime we went in the MGM, I would have to go there and look at the menu. I think the staff there finally was giving me some wierd looks, hehe
