Yes, I know, it's a rerun so you guys in the States have probably already seen it. Still should be fun, though.
9 to 10 pm EST, ought to be a good hour.

Hope you liked it. I always enjoy watching Morimoto in action.

I liked it fine. First time I ever heard the judges praise Morimoto without finding something major to complain about.
I do find the subtitling of Christophe Erne to be somewhat inconsistent, though. If they're going to dub Morimoto because of his accent, why not do the same with the thicker-accented Erne?

Because Morimoto requested dubbing. He's very concious of his accent even if the rest of us don't agree.

Okay, then. I still haven't worked up the nerve to try cooking lobster (I think it's the actual killing that makes me nervous), but the lobster panini definitely looked like something I want to try.

ICC - you don't have to worry about killing the lobster if you're just going to boil it - simply put the creature into the pot of hot water and boil away.......

Because Morimoto requested dubbing. He's very concious of his accent even if the rest of us don't agree. It's funny that he is because most people don't realize they have an accent, usually, unless it's pointed out to them. But you're probably right, arri, he may have a little problem with pronounciation of certain words. If he only knew how (sexy) it sounds to other, hmmmm?
