Am I seeing some history in the making or what?
We have a first African American challenger to challenge the first female Iron Chef! What a battle to see!
Synopsis:
Southern chef Walter Royal enters Kitchen Stadium for the first time and challenges Iron Chef Cat Cora to battle. With their shared southern influences, whose cuisine will reign supreme?
Prediction: Can we please see Cora and Royal tie in this battle. Cora needs at least a tie score. 55 a piece.
Place your predictions now until Midnight Sunday.
I know the main theme ingredient...meet me at the spoiler section...(FOR THOSE WHO DID NOT SEE THE PROMO OF THIS BATTLE!)

Very interesting battle. I'd be interested in giving the theme ingredient a try sometime, if I get the chance.

I finally caught up to this one, and about halfway through I had a strong feeling the challenger was going to win. Rarely has a first timer looked more comfortable in KS. Angus Barn is one of the most respected restaurants in the nation, and we understand why now.
