Saturday night, I was in NYC and decided to check out one of Mario Batali's restaurants (they're the only ones of the Iron Chefs in NY that I could actually afford). Babbo was fairly busy, so I opted for Lupo. After about 45 minutes I got a seat at the bar.
Good stuff, really. They do a baccala antipasto that was tender without being too salty and their carbonara sauce had pancetta with just the right texture.
