And now we're down to two.
I have to say I thought last week was cooking under pressure.
"You will be culinary ambassadors for American cooking to several very important people at the Embassy in France." (paraphrased)
Sheesh, yeah no pressure at all.
I did like how they took the opinions of the dinners into account when discussing the dishes. That was the oddest root beer float I have ever seen though.

LOL!! I agree with you about the pressure element, tossed in with the "Lead and Inspire" aspect. Then again, by definition being an IC means pressure.
Another very fun-to-watch episode. I can't wait for the finale this weekend.

Hmm,
What if there's a tie...
Then what?
There were be two Iron Chefs...
Think for a moment.

This was another great episode, and the series continues to impress me. I had it picked to the two finalists from the very beginning, but I honestly couldn't tell you which one deserves to win. It could be anyone's game at this point.
I'm really looking forward to the finale next week. I'm interested in how they will blend an ICA episode with a TNIC episode, taking into account the differences between introductions, commercial bumpers, and the extra segments needed for the "reality" portion of the show.
