Why not?
Sauces, deserts, savory soups and entrees...think about it, just like chocolate, coffee has a myriad of uses in cuisine. Tira Misu (sp?) anyone?

Sure. Red-eye gravy (coffee as a deglazer), roasted as a fuel for smoking meats & fish, and so on.

I found it disgusting.... but I hate coffee. I hate the smell, the taste, and the look (dirt) so the whole thing was rather... urpish.
Some of my worst culinary experiences involve accidentally getting desserts with coffee in them. *shudders* ick

It was definitely an interesting battle. So this was aired prior to me posting this? I just added the spoiler tag in case this hadn't aired yet. Man, am I absolutely clueless or what? My God...
