Whoa,
I feel all the pain of you guys.
At least we enjoyed the show after all.

I'll try to get something up tonight. Do you want the whole episode or just the sections with music? Preferably the whole episode, thanks.

What was the episode, and was it shown on Food Network previous to this? If it wasn't shown on Food Network, I'd like to see the full episode regardless of music. I don't think we'll see any episodes that did not air on Food Network, at least not for a very, very long time. There are a few that will air that I don't have in my own collection (or on the ICC site), but that's about it. Ah, gotcha.

It didn't work, so I had to start over. (I think I have it figured out now.) It will be done by the time I get home tonight, and I promise there will be an episode to watch. Sorry it's taking so long.

Might I inquire as to which episode? May I further request Red Snapper battle?

Mango is the one being encoded because it was the first one they showed. I'll make Red Snapper a part of next week's Episodes of the Week for you. Is that good enough?

Works fine -- didn't mean to sound like I was rushing anything. I just thought it was a good idea since Red Snapper is not yet in the ICC files.
Thanks!

I'll have to admit that I miss the backdraft music as well. It was really weird seeing the normal beginning, but different music. Ultimately I am just happy the show is back!

It's not that the new music is bad, actually, it's that it sounds like it was crudely recorded by someone sitting at his keyboard at home. Some of the music is quite good (it's no Backdraft, but I wasn't expecting anything near that caliber), but it sounds like something you'd hear playing in the background of a 1980s Nintendo game. If Fine Living put some effort into recording the music with a small orchestra, it would vastly improve the series.
Otherwise, it's the same Iron Chef we all know and love- just with part of its soul removed. Thanks to tuthead for getting an episode uploaded to ICC so those of us without FLN could watch.
