Ok, What's so good about the left claw? I mean every part of the lobster is good. I had lobsters before and I don't go after the left claw.

The homard is a French lobster, they have a huge left claw dense with meat. Ohhhh sooooo goooood!Just one of those lobsters costs well over $100. I tasted it once when I was in Lyon France, it puts Maine lobster to shame. SO GOOD!
