Batista, a wrestler for World Wrestling Entertainment's "Raw" brand, appeared as a judge on last Sunday's ICA battle between Iron Chef Bobby Flay and challenger Floyd Cardoz. The link above features five photos and a link to a WWE-produced behind-the-scenes video about Batista's appearance. What is your opinion on a wrestler appearing on "Iron Chef," and should it happen again?

Oh my god.....
I missed it!
I wanted to see the whole thing, but I was just bummed out after the VMAs last Sunday.
I hope I see it again!
Now, to answer that question! Oh yeah, it can happen again!

Personally, I think it's great to have one judge who isn't some sort of food professional. In some ways I rate their comments more highly because they're talking about the food from a layman's standpoint, which is where I am. I think having a non-foodie judge should happen regularly.

If I remember correctly, Iron Chef Japan always had some sort of non-food person as a judge. There were actors, actresses, sumo wrestlers, singers, baseball players, baseball managers, and more that I can't remember.
I can visualize the empty-headed giggly females they have had as judges. The ones that liked to put their hands up to their mouths and giggle, giggle, giggle. I hated those shows.
Batista seemed to have done a very good job. He appreciated the food and said so.

I wasn't much of a Batista fan before, but my opinion of him shot up when I saw him on ICA.
I heard once that the late Shinya Hashimoto was in the Royal Box on ICJ for one ep. And you have Akebono (Flay-Morimoto II and WrestleMania 21).
I think Ric Flair and Vince McMahon would be good judges, don't you?
