Morimoto's NEW ICA uniform

I think you might get a kick out of this picture:



Apparently this year ICA is doing an Iron Chef Tag Team battle featuring Morimoto/ Cora vs. Flay/Symon, as a Thanksgiving special. The photo is taken from Food Network Magazine, which came out this week.

It's also, apparently, when they plan to debut the new ICA uniforms, which were announced at TNIC finale. (And yes, that's Cat in the background in powder-blue with pink piping). Symon's is black with white piping (and short sleeves), Flay's is either black or navy with white piping, and Batali's (yep, I guess he's sticking around) is white with red piping. And Symon's, Flay's, and Batali's jackets have epaulets.

Two comments:

1) It's nice to see that they're reverted Morimoto's colours back to his ICJ uniform; and

2) Looks like he's lost quite a bit of weight, hasn't he?

It's about time we see these new uniforms! It seems like we first heard about them ages ago.

They look good, especially Morimoto's classic-styled uniform. Very nice.

Looks a bit like his ICJ uniform! It did seem that the front flap was coming forward a lot while he was working, though. If it were me, that would drive me nuts!

What did you think of the uniforms? I liked Flay's and Symon's. Mario Batali looks like a sailor now. I didn't like the shade of blue in Cat Cora's uniform. Seems like it needed to be either just a shade lighter or darker, or a bit warmer or cooler. It's just a weird shade!
